Before booking online with Bear Creek, please read and agree to the following cancellation policy:
- Cancellations 48 hours prior to your tee time, a Full Refund will be provided
- Cancellations INSIDE 48 hours not including day of play, players will receive a Full Rain Check equal to the green fee purchased
- Cancellations INSIDE 48 hours not including day of play after September 1st, players will receive a Full Rain Check equal to the green fee purchased will be valid for the remainder of the 2026 season as well as the 2027 season.
- Cancellation the day of play due to inclement weather, players will receive a Full Rain Check equal to the green fee purchased
- Cancellation the day of play due to inclement weather, players will receive after September 1st a Full Rain Check equal to the green fee purchased will be valid for the remainder of the 2026 season as well as the 2027 season.
- No refunds will be provided for any cancellations or no-shows day of play.
